On a typical shift you will scan each package barcode on the handheld device before loading; update delivery status (delivered / failed / rescheduled) in the app; plan the day's route to cover all drop-offs in the least time; handle fragile and perishable items with care in transit; keep the cold bag at temperature for food orders; check fuel and tyre pressure before every shift.
