Great opportunity: presser (Colorado)

Now hiring: we are hiring a presser in Otero County, Colorado. You will be based in a busy laundry. Day to day you will remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments. Requirements: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Full-time, day shift.
