Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Saint James Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a banquet hall. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
