Machine operator • Sumter County, Alabama

We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine operator in Sumter County, Alabama. You will work in a CNC machine shop. On the job you will handle: • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Full-time, day shift.
