On a typical shift you will keep the cold bag at temperature for food orders; take the customer's OTP or signature at handover; return undelivered parcels and reconcile cash at the hub; load and strap the parcels securely in the delivery box; collect cash-on-delivery payments and issue the receipt; plan the day's route to cover all drop-offs in the least time.
