Painter wanted in Ida County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a painter in Ida County, Iowa. The job is at a property maintenance company. Day to day you will clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; sand and fill walls before applying primer; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames. Requirements: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
