Urgent requirement: solid plasterer (California)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a solid plasterer in Contra Costa County, California. You will work on a busy domestic building site. Requirements: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel Day to day you will set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $25 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
