Kitchen steward — Jackson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Jackson County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience.
