Tyre and wheel fitter wanted in Douglas County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tyre and wheel fitter in Douglas County, Washington. You will be based in a commercial truck tyre depot. The role involves: • Rotate tyres front-to-rear as per the service schedule • Log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement • Fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights • Inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills • Replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors Ideal candidate: • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage $240 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
