Great opportunity: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Graham County, Kansas. You will be based at a busy body shop. The role involves: • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio Ideal candidate: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
