Urgent requirement: lift maintenance fitter (Alabama)

Join our team: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Chilton County, Alabama. You will work on a lift modernisation project. You will service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake. You should have: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
