Vacancy available: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Crenshaw County, Alabama. You will work at a garment factory. Day-to-day duties: • Give each garment a final press before packing • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments You should have: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
