We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in Copiah County, Mississippi. The job is in a CNC machine shop. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery The role involves report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
