Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Rosebud County, Montana. You will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
