Lathe programmer-operator wanted in Aberdeen City

Join our team: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Aberdeen City, Scotland. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code Your main tasks: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Load and index turning tools in the turret Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
