Immediate opening: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Tyrrell County, North Carolina. The job is in a refurbishment property. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • CSCS card or willing to obtain one You will fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
