Powder coating line operator wanted in Charlotte County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Charlotte County, Florida. Day to day you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $24 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
