Vacancy available: we are hiring a tyre fitter in City of Covington, Virginia. You should have: • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres • Punctual and willing to work weekends On the job you will handle: • Torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench • Fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly • Replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors • Rotate tyres front-to-rear as per the service schedule • Log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
