Cake decorator wanted in Broomfield County

What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
