Powder coater — Bath and North East Somerset

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Bath and North East Somerset, England. You will work at an automotive components factory. The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided.
