Escalator technician wanted in Franklin County

Join our team: we are hiring an escalator technician in Franklin County, Massachusetts. You will work at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways You will top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; run load and overload tests with test weights; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
