Now hiring: we are hiring a 360 excavator operator in Marion County, Arkansas. You will be based in a demolition and site-clearance yard. Ideal candidate: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control Day to day you will lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs.
