We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Calabar Municipal, Cross River State. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working The role involves: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Six days a week, one day off.
