We are recruiting: we are hiring a despatch rider in Carroll County, Iowa. You will be based at a local distribution depot. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of local roads and areas • Smartphone with internet for the delivery app • Clean driving record On a typical shift you will load and strap the parcels securely in the delivery box; pick up parcels from the hub and sort them by delivery area; follow traffic rules and wear the helmet at all times; take the customer's OTP or signature at handover; scan each package barcode on the handheld device before loading; ride the two-wheeler through city traffic to reach delivery addresses.
