QC technician • Armagh City Banbridge and Craigavon, Northern Ireland

Immediate opening: we are hiring a QC technician in Armagh City Banbridge and Craigavon, Northern Ireland. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
