Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Faulk County, South Dakota. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
