Ideal candidate: • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades Day-to-day duties: • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin Pay around $250 per day, based on your experience.
