Excavator operator — Desha County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an excavator operator in Desha County, Arkansas. The job is at a drainage and utilities contractor. On a typical shift you will carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient. You should have: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
