Lawn care technician — Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area

Join our team: we are hiring a lawn care technician in Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area, Alaska. You should have: • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
