Hydraulic press operator wanted in City of Salem

Now hiring: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in City of Salem, Virginia. Day to day you will run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg 2+ years on the tools preferred.
