Coating plant operator • Waukesha County, Wisconsin

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. You will be based on an industrial coating line. Your main tasks: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
