Elevator service technician wanted in Grimes County

Join our team: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Grimes County, Texas. On a typical shift you will replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables. Requirements: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
