Waterproofing applicator — Mille Lacs County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Mille Lacs County, Minnesota. You will work at a sheet metal roofing workshop. Day to day you will bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets. You should have: • A good head for heights and steady balance • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
