The role involves insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router. You should have: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors Full-time with occasional weekends.
