Join our team: argon welder (Mississippi)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welder in Rankin County, Mississippi. You will inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. You should have: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
