Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Dundy County, Nebraska. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
