Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Lincoln County, Kansas. You will be based in a meat processing plant. Your main tasks: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
