Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Montgomery County, Missouri. The role involves repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. Requirements: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing $260 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
