Brick and block layer wanted in Van Wert County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Van Wert County, Ohio. The job is at a renovation and extension job. Day-to-day duties: • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation You should have: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Part-time with flexible hours.
