Café server — Glasscock County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a café server in Glasscock County, Texas. The role involves punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); greet guests, seat them and present the menu; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; check back during the meal and handle special requests; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
