We are recruiting: maintenance painter (South Dakota)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Pennington County, South Dakota. You should have: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage You will apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting. 2+ years on the tools preferred. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
