Now hiring: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Washington County, Oklahoma. Your main tasks: • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions You should have: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling Part-time with flexible hours.
