What we are looking for: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Day to day you will take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date.
