PVC profile cutter • Reno County, Kansas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Reno County, Kansas. You will be based at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. The role involves: • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
