Site safety steward — Lee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a site safety steward in Lee County, South Carolina. The job is at a busy construction site. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Your main tasks: • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
