On the job you will handle: • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit Requirements: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams 6+ years on the tools preferred.
