We are recruiting: we are hiring a guest relations agent in Goshen County, Wyoming. You will work at a city-centre business hotel. The role involves: • Monitor the PMS for overbookings and no-shows • Handle same-day, online and phone reservations • Provide directions, local recommendations and tourist information • Run the night audit and close the day's accounts on the night shift Ideal candidate: • Fluent in the local language plus good spoken English • Comfortable handling cash, card payments and till reconciliation • Able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
