Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dogger in Coffee County, Tennessee. The job is at a container port. Day-to-day duties: • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings Ideal candidate: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
