Vacancy available: bar bender and fixer (Indiana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. The job is on a commercial tower construction site. You will install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour. Ideal candidate: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
