Fry cook — Los Angeles County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in Los Angeles County, California. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Full-time with occasional weekends. $130 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
